Ingredients  – Any fresh fruits of your choice  – 1 single banana  – 1 or 2 eggs  – ½ cup of plain yogurt  – Honey or Brown Sugar to Sweeten (optional) – Blender  – Stirrer

Preparation Crack the egg(s) and add in the blender  Once properly mixed, add in your banana and select fruits.  Add in your plain yogurt to give it a liquid texture. Add in your honey or brown sugar if you need added sweetness.  Pour the mixture into the glass and dress with fruits and vegetables depending on how you wish to serve.
